What we store
- Account: your email address and your plan.
- Companions and chats: the profiles you create, your messages, and the memories your companions keep. Without an account, these stay in your browser only.
- Usage: how many messages you have used, for billing and limits. For visitors without an account, a salted, one-way hash of the IP address, so free limits work without storing the IP itself.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Only to run NSFW AI Companion: generating replies, keeping memories, enforcing plan limits, billing, and answering your support requests. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your conversations to train AI models.
Who processes it
To generate replies, your companion's profile, its memories and the recent conversation are sent to our AI model providers (Google Gemini and DeepSeek) through their APIs. Data is stored with Neon (database) and Vercel (hosting and image storage), payments run through Stripe, and sign-in emails are sent by our email provider.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any memory, delete any companion with all its messages, and export your data from the chat screen. To delete your account entirely, email us and we will erase it within 30 days.
Discretion
Card statements show a neutral descriptor. The office themes make the app look like a work chat, and hide portraits and the site name.
