Terms of Service

1. The service

NSFW AI Companion (nsfwaicompanion.io, "we") provides AI-generated companion characters you can design and chat with. Every character and every reply is fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. Nothing a companion says is advice from a real person — not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to view adult content where you live, to use the service. By using the service you confirm that you are.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you write and for how you set up your companions. You may not use the service to:

  • create, request or depict any sexual content involving minors, or characters who appear to be or are described as under 18 — every companion is an adult;
  • create sexual content about real, identifiable people;
  • plan or promote real-world violence, abuse, or any illegal activity;
  • attack, overload, scrape or resell the service, or get around its limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund where the law allows.

4. Plans, payments and cancellation

Free use includes a daily message allowance that refills every 24 hours and does not accumulate. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Monthly message allowances reset on each renewal and do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your account page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.

5. Your content

The companions you create and the conversations you have belong to you. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to run the service. You can export or delete them at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your companions consistent, but the service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong, unexpected or repetitive. If we change the models behind your plan in a way that noticeably changes your companions, we will announce it in advance.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
